Bundelkhand Art Society through its Online Art Gallery is proud to announce its “1st Digital Photography Online Exhibition-2024”. We are going to provide an online platform to the professional & hobby photographers to display their creative photographs. So, all the photographers or photography lovers are invited to participate in this exhibition. There is no any theme, no subject bar for photographs. The deadline of this event is 15 March, 2024.

Award & Certifications

  • The top 3 photos will be awarded with the Best Click Award & Certificates.
  • The next Top 10 will receive the Gold Medal & Certification.
  • The top 20 photos & their photographers will be featured on our websites throughout March 2024.
  • All the participants will get certificates of participation in hard copy as well as in soft copy.
  • Each participant and his photographs will be promoted as per our promotional plans.
  • The exhibition will be set up on the website onlineartgallery.in
  • Each participant will be promoted with teaser, social media poster, YouTube video & selected photographers will be featured on our websites.

How to apply

  • Send your entry to our mail bundelkhandartsociety@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9026219345 for Final Selection.
  • A participant can send more than two entries.
  • You have to send the following details in an entry:
  1. Artist Name
  2. Address
  3. Email
  4. One/Two digital Phots
  5. Artist Photo
  • After Receiving your entry, our reviewing team will review your images and after their approval, you will be asked to submit an entry fee.

Exhibition Rules

There are so many prizes and awards to promote our young kids artists as well as schools and Art Teachers. We have these prizes or awards with certifications:

  • Over All Top 3 Position will get Best Click Award with Certificate.
  • 10 Gold Medals
  • Participation Certificates in hard copy for every participants.
  • Participation Certificate in soft copy will be given to foreign students.
  • Society may use any of the images for publication purpose & promotion. 
  • The photographs should be your original wok. In case of Copyright strike, we will remove the image immediately without informing you. 
  • Any type of image, on any theme are acceptable.
  • The decision of jury will be the final and no correspondance will be entertain in this regard.
  • Exhibition will be on our website Online Art Gallery.

Judging Criteria

The entries will be judged on the basis of creativity, originality of work, theme, quality of work, & overall impact.

Entry Fees

  • Entry fees of Rs 500/- are applicable for every participant.
  • Entry fee is non-refundable.

Important Dates

  • Entries are open from 04 March 2024 onward
  • Deadlines of Entries is 15 March 2024
  • Announcement of winners may be done on 16 March, 2024
  • Opening of Online Exhibition will be on 18 March 2024
